After overcoming an injury and switching opponents, Josesito Lopez will finally make his return to the ring on Friday, December 13th when he takes on Mike Arnaoutis at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, CA. This will mark Lopez’s second fight of 2013 as he hopes to cap off the year with a victory after suffering back to back losses to Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Marcos Maidana.

Lopez has earned the name “The Riverside Rocky” for his upset victory over Victor Ortiz last year where he broke Ortiz’s jaw and ruined plans for a big fight between Ortiz and Canelo Alvarez. No way Jose,you still need the fight you have lost two fights in a row by knockout and aren't the most marketable of fighters.Ortiz on the other hand because of popularity is always one big win away from a big fight and appears to have a loyal fan base no matter how he performs in the ring.Also Collazo is probably a better fighter than you,you can't say that the opponent you are facing is better than Ortiz.

You two need each other at this point, and maybe Josesito needs Ortiz more due to GBs unconditional support and love for Ortiz. They will get Ortiz every chance he can get just like they do with Berto.
