I doubt he'll keep going back there though, he is going there for his keep active fights that he can't get an HBO date for. Besides Monaco isn't in eastern Europe is it?

Kazakhstan is in central Asia, but is also part of Eastern Europe. Golovkin is certainly a white fighter. Pacquiao is an Asian fighter.

For the same reason as Canelo I guess, he looks white. It's an irrelevant side-issue though. The real question is whether he will ever scale the heights that he is projected to. If he does he won't duck anyone, he'll be a real champ not a Fraud.

Tunney, is this one of your alts?

Golovkin is half Asian. White supremacists wouldn't consider him a pure blood.
