well i think me and rob mccracken differ on what a "memorable comeback" is. memorable comeback??!! is he having a laugh this guy or what?!!

my suggestion to team froch would be STFU and arrange a rematch.

i said before the fight i wouldnt be surprised to see groves win, because froch is technically poor. and it showed. froch has good heart and decent power, but he needs to improve his technical ability quite a bit if he thinks he can stand a chance with ward.

I wanna see a rematch.....but why the hell should Froch's camp indulge guys like you who turned their back on him after a REFEREE made an error of judgement?
You suck and the fact that all you can hope for is that Froch gets obliterated after everything he has done to raise the profile of British boxing says more about your fickle state of mind than anything else....and don't even act as if you weren't supporting Carl in his fights against the worlds elite because the fact is that all of us Brits were.
So what's changed genius? Carl didn't stop the fight, the ref stopped the fight. We were robbed of a KO and from the looks of things there was one guy getting stronger while the other guy got weaker as the fight went on.
FYI there were 3 rounds left after that 9th round. Groves was spent. Froch would have kept throwing punches for the entirety of the remaining rounds and everybody knows it. The stoppage was absolutely inevitable.

you what?! i really dont care who wins or loses. sounds like you are a bit sour about what happened! me? i really dont care who wins between froch or groves. so take your attitude elsewhere.

also, im a boxing fan, not a fanboy that only supports a guy because of where he is from.

Team Froch should "STHU" and arrange a rematch? That's my point exactly. I honestly want to see a rematch but if I was in Carl's shoes right now I would say "screw the lot of you....I'm going to the USA to make the big money before I retire". The fans who slate him must (from Carls point of view) seem totally ungrateful for everything he has done for British boxing.......and how dare you call me sour? LOL I'm not in the category of fans who moaned about Groves getting stopped. I'm just reacting to the sour g****s because that's the pathetic level of "British" fan I have to associate with.
Carl won and obviously would have KO'd Groves in the remaining rounds. Groves had his chance and couldn't capitalise on his opportunity. People should blame him and his inability to follow through after an absolutely epic 1st round against the (2nd best)/(toughest guy in the super middleweight division) if not the toughest guy in boxing period.

              YES......or more obviously NO.
if I was Carl I would have told you how much of a warrior I am at least 3 times by now. I did not tell you I'm a warrior therefore I'm not Carl Froch.

Froch and McKacken seem blissfully unaware what bad sports they were over the whole affair. From the unequivocal "just stoppage" and "free shots" to the failure to acknowledge that Froch was needing a KO but for corrupt judges. They could have been so cool about it, admit Groves surprised them, say they thought Carl was coming on strong although the stoppage was early, but they pretend like the fight was under control and Groves was never in it, that the stoppage saved the kid's life.

We're not mugs. You want to act above reality then expect to be held to account. The fans like humility, respect, and those were completely absent in the build up and post fight from Carl Froch.

You seem to be able to predict the future so is there any chance of this weekends winning lottery numbers?

yes, instead of moaning about being booed, they should arrange a rematch. froch did win, but to say he was going to KO groves obviously? this is boxing mate, anything can happen. pacman was on the way to KOing marquez in their last fight, did you see what happened? if you reread my first post and then your reply, you do sound sour. in no way shape or form was i hating on froch.

Groves has a lot of speed advantages on GGG and is more explosive with his punches. I think that's what caused him the biggest problem.

That being said, I also think GGG could stop Froch. Then again, Froch might just turn on a Bute style performance and come back when his back is against the wall.
