Groves II, winner fights DeGale is my preference.

Wouldn't necessarily have a problem with it, but I think Groves-DeGale needs to happen when both are much more established in the division, i.e. both champions or something like that. If Froch wins, then him vs Degale would be a good fight.

tbh I haven't seen the fight since I saw it live.

It might be true, don't remember what happened. But obviously if that happened, it's not good.

It was close enough to the bell that he may have been jumping in to stop any after the round punching, but typically when a ref jumps in waving his arms and wrapping a guy in a hug, that's him stopping the fight. And of course if you have to carry a fighter back to the corner, you should probably stop it.
