Golovkin or retire? G T F O H...he's been on the shelf how long now? Let the guy get a fight or two coming off back to back injuries. Bet you wouldn't be demanding he fight GGG if the shoe was on the other foot.

They keep sayin GGG is all hype well who u think is hyping him the most its sergio who hasnt said one thing bout ggg he dont want to fight him period so until he does step up ggg is gunna remain the hype job u haters cry about an sergio looks like hes duckin!!!!!
Again, the man is coming off injuries that sidelined him..he's entitled to a few bouts first. Not every boxer needs to go the pacquaio or mayweather route of having other boxers names in their mouths. How's he a ducker? He fought Paul Williams when nobody was willing to face Paul Williams, he fought a Margarito when again nobody else wanted to fight Margarito. Some of you folks make zero sense sometimes.

A fighter could be on his deathbed and this forum would still accuse them of ducking.

Fans are so impatient, just wait and they will fight & in the mean time why don't you put half as much effort into getting GGG to actually fight someone with a pulse?
Knocking Sergios accomplishments & resume but the reality is GGGs best win isn't even in Surges top 5 and barely in his top 10
THIS RIGHT HERE!!!! I love GGG and the energy he's bringing to boxing. What I find funny is that i'm sure GGG wants to fight the best Sergio and doesn't want to do it as the first fight back after a year off...but folks here think everyone is an Adrian Petersen who just bounces right back from knee surgery.

Hope he fights GGG but I would love the fight with Cotto.

As much as I feel that champs should fight their mandatory, I really don't want to see a Sergio-Rubio fight when there are much better options out there. I don't know why but I just don't like Rubio, demanding title fights because of his ranking - because nowadays rankings mean something right?

I really hope we see the best of Maravilla and he doesn't return to the ring until he's fully healed, but he will be 39 by the time he fights again. I have to wonder if the fantastic speed and reflexes on which his style depends will ever be the same again.

I'm not sure who he's gonna fight on his return, but TBH I wouldn't mind Rubio if the big money Cotto fight doesn't materialise. Obviously, with only a few fights left at the top, Sergios first concern has to be securing the best paydays, but lacking the Cotto fight Rubio would actually be a good yardstick for how much Maravilla has left - a tough, but winnable fight.

Obviously after that, the one that most fans want is GGG, but from Sergios POV I can understand wanting to leave a Golovkin fight 'til the last.

Anyway, buena suerte Sergio - a great fighter with the heart of a true champion and a real ambassador for the sport both in and outside the ring.

                This ^^^

We hear that, up to now, Martinez has been exercising inside the pool...
He did not enter a boxing club so far... Not so good news in my opinion.

The GGG fight won't happen unless HBO puts pressure on Martinez.

Sergio Is Shot; He's Been Hurt IN His Last 3 or 4 Fights...Stay Away From GGG

Serigo is done, washed up and shot. Carries his hands at his side, and looked ****** with a pot smoking Chavez Jr that had him all but out on his fight, clinging to life. He's been hurt in every fight since, one way or another. Don't let him fight GGG if you want to keep Sergio vertical. Go play rugby.
