The Philippine tax authorities (BIR) showed how ****** they are when the HEAD of the BIR publicly insinuated that Pac's IRS tax returns could be fake. So they don't have the ability to verify whether if an IRS tax return is real or not??? The Philippine govt and US govt have great relations. That idiotic statement alone reeks of corruption.

Any govt agency require a return transcript. They will not accept what he posted. SSA, INS, any university.
They do not accept what he posted because it does not proof that he filed.
