Floyd best thing this is he never stay on Pac's distance/May will be or too distant from Pac or too close and Manny can't hurt him with big punch, it's simple... Floyd too clever for Pac.Shoulder roll doesn't matter too much in this fight

        1. floyd doesn't use his shoulder roll as much against southpaws. look at the southpaw stance and punch.

        2. pac's quick feet won't mean much against floyd. that duck under and move out of the way crap works on the margaritos, diaz and rios of the world not on floyd. pac will come to floyd not the other way around.

IMO the most important factors are 1. can floyd hurt pac 2. will pac stay aggressive enough to make floyd work

if floyd can hurt pac will pac keep coming? because pac has no chance in a boxing match.

if pac can take floyd's power and stay aggressive. he might have a chance. and that chance is still no more than 50/50.

i'll root for pac but floyd has most of the advantages. from style matchup to reach to size to freshness (floyd is older but less fights and wars)

it's interesting though because at least pac and floyd are close in speed dept.
i dunno know man but pac always has his in and out motion with mostly all his opponent even againts bradley who was backing up pac was landing his straight lefts then duck to the right
did u watched that fight? pacs footworks has always been there againt all his opponents

pac moves forward like no one floyd ever faced b4
thats what i wanted to see,
i know floyd is also good when his opponents is moving forward but pac as an opponent is something new to floyd never faced
most of floyds opponents are zombies just like who pac been fighting to look good
but both of this guys got speed that none of their opponent has

That's just it really. Mayweather is intent on avoiding opponents that are that least bit threatening that can actually keep up with him from the waist down. It's possibly his greatest fear.

Zero doubt in my mind Floyd will be in serious trouble the first time he's in against somebody that can negate his overall ability to control distance again. Zab exposed this in graphic fashion for the two seconds he actually stayed focused when they fought. Pacquiao has everything required mentally and physically to give Mayweather the fight of his life. Anyone who doesn't understand this doesn't know Floyd.

                still 50/50
Cotto,Ortiz and Mosley had excellent footwork in the Floyd fight. And their were moments in the fights with Floyd were they gave Floyd movement, and Floyd easily cut the ring off and out-boxed them so they quickly abandoned moving on Floyd.

Sharmba Mitchell had excellent foot-work and was using a lot of movement on Floyd,Floyd cut the ring off out boxed him and dropped him with a right hand. Then later he ko`ed him with a body shot.

Manny's whole style and activity will always present problems for Floyd. But Floyd as usual would adapt. The early rounds would go to Manny and the middle rounds to Floyd. What happens in rounds 9, 10, 11 and 12 would be legendary!!! And only a fool or liar would tell you they truly knew what would happen. Both are special athletes. Floyd is the better technician and Manny is the better fighter. My opinion is whoever can make the other fight their fight in the last rounds come out the victor.

Zab and Pedquiao`s style is as different as night and day.Zab is a slick crafty fighter;while Pedquiao style is more orthodox and pretty basic.Zab is a fighter that knows how to set traps and is close in size with Floyd,Pacquiao is more of an aggressive,in and out flurry type fighter whose a lot smaller then Floyd.Floyd has those fighters for breakfast with lead rights, his counters and upper and lower body movement.Pacquiao-with his shorter reach and shorter body-is gonna have to reach in to hit Floyd which is gonna leave him open to counters when he misses with his punches, just like in the Marquez fights.

They are close in speed but Floyd has above average reflexes while Pacquiao`s reflexes are average at best. That`s gonna be a huge factor in this fight also.
