To answer your question, yes its up to GPB and TR to act like adults and get it done,, FLoyd and manny both could apply needed pressure to them to get it done, especially floyd since he could ditch GBP at anytime as they work on a fight by fight basis, and he can opt out of showtime contract anytime

If ya'll don't wanna work with Bob, cool. I'm a just have to do this one without ya'll." Likewise, if Pac wanted the fight badly enough. He could go to Arum and say, "I want Floyd. You need to get with GBP and maje it work. If not, I'll take you to count and sue you to get outta my contract citing not looking out for my professional interest." And not to kiss my own ass. But that's the realist statement that has been made on this thread. I'm sure both are willing to fight each other. But neither wants it badly enough to do what's necessary to make it happen.

Put it this way, if Manny was 45-0 and Floyd had Manny's record would we even be having this discussion? I think not!!!
Floyd stans suddenly rewriting history now?
Floyd had DUCKED the best from 130 to 154 to protect his zero, yet you guys make it out he has fought the best?
Kostya ducked
Mosley prime ducked
Cotto prime ducked
Margarito ducked even after Floyd agreed to fight him, rejected 8 million, his highest pay day
Pac ducked after making a million excuses to avoid the fight
His biggest fights are still a part ttime fighter in Oscar who was shot and a hugely weight drained canelo after making comments he fights guys at their best
Just wanted to set the record straight. Adios
