So is it Floyd's responsibility to make GBP and Arum get along to make this happen? Or is it up to Oscar, SchaeferM and Arum to be adults and put aside their differences to make not only Floyd-Pac, but many other great match-ups (IMO better match-ups than Floyd-Pac) that aren't happening because of the beef?

IMO floyd could drop GBP in a heartbeat and opt out of showtime, go to arum, make a bunch of demands, and arum would grant floyd every wish as long as he was the sole promoter of the fight,, Floyd could ask for an 80% cut, whatever drug testing, anything he wanted and arum would make it happen to land this fight as long as he was the sole promoter..

To answer your question, yes its up to GPB and TR to act like adults and get it done,, FLoyd and manny both could apply needed pressure to them to get it done, especially floyd since he could ditch GBP at anytime as they work on a fight by fight basis, and he can opt out of showtime contract anytime

I think Manny can easily fight on Showtime since he's fought there before. The question is Arum's ego and the paycut that Manny might have to take. He's not getting 50-50. He's not getting $40m. And to justify anything more than $20m would mean Top Rank would have to open their books. Just don't see that happening.

If not, I'll take you to count and sue you to get outta my contract citing not looking out for my professional interest." And not to kiss my own ass. But that's the realist statement that has been made on this thread. I'm sure both are willing to fight each other. But neither wants it badly enough to do what's necessary to make it happen.
