I actually feel for Manny now, he's broke and needs a big money fight just to try to keep ahead of his massive debts. Its hard to look at but the man many thought was the greatest turns out to be just a man after all, but more than that he turned out to be a guy who refused to leave Arum. Staying with Bob Arum is like refusing chemotherapy once you've been diagnosed with cancer. I don't understand why people refuse to accept why the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight hasn't happened and never will under these conditions.

Manny seems like a trusting sort, a lot of boxers and fighters today seem like genuinely nice people. The sad part is that they are most times utterly unprepared for fame, fortune, and the raw glut of an entourage which is why fortune is probably so fleeting for them.

Beating Brandon Rios was meaningless as long as Manny is with Bob Arum. As long as he chooses to get in bed with serpents he can count on getting bit every single time. Fighting Mayweather would ease a majority of Manny's debt but we must all understand that he's an indentured servant fighting for crumbs, soon all that he'll be fighting for will be a little respect.

The fight will NEVER happen period, I don't know why you're still fighting for the bone that's not for you! FLOYD has his own lane and PACMAN has his own lane, they make look in each other lane but they will never cross lane period.

I now see Arum using the possibility of a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight as a marketing tool and nothing more. He knows when Mayweather fights, if he was serious about Manny in against him, he'd seize on that but that isn't his job. He's a businessman/promoter his job is to make money. If that money happens to be at the expense of his fighters then so be it.

If Manny was just a fraction more self aware he would have left Arum years ago and taken over his career. What made me sad was hearing Manny utter yet again the same phrase after being asked who he wants to fight next,"Uhhh that depends on my promoter." Manny just doesn't get what kind of situation he now finds himself in.

Floyd is the biggest draw in boxing and may 5th is the biggest weekend for boxing. thats why it will likely take place in May.

Come on man. Just admit the actions don't support the words and we can move on.

For example, you had no problem pointing out when floyd's 152 lb cw didn't reflect his words-yet now you have a huge problem.

Yeah it did, he turned that fight down over random PED testing.

                      Stop it..........

1st off.... Mayweather is #1 P4P... NO DOUBT ABOUT IT........
                      now here's the rant....
STOP with this NONSENSE that Pacquio has to prove himself to be "worthy" of an oppenent for Money... C'Mon Maaaan... No other boxer has a resume like Pacquio... You simply can't justify any of Floyd last oppenents to have a better resume than Pacquiao to justify why THAT oppenanant can get a shot over Pacquiao .... who ever Floyd picks next if not Pacquio does not have a better resume than Pac. And that goes for any weight classes.... Pacquiao resume is as expressive as they come and Pacquio has proved himself time and time again... EVERYONE knows he beat Bradley easily.... IMO Pacquio was winning and look like on his way to knockN out Marquez until BOOOOM he got CAUGHT... any1 that wldv been CAUGHT with that 1 Hitter Quiter wld have been done.... Tired of hearing this "he needs to prove himself".... matter of fact Pacquiao resume is more impressive than Mayweather.... #JustSaying
