If Froch Doesnt Rematch Groves, Is It a Duck?

The terrible stoppage and overall officiating isnt Froch's fault.

That being said he should run it back based on the fight alone, forget the stoppage.

It will be a duck for sure. Froch really has to give him a rematch, he was Mr popular and now all his fan's have jumped on the Groves bandwagon!lol. Brilliant. The switch in the crowd on saturday night was something i've never seen in a boxing ring before.

Honestly, Ward is top. 5 p4p, and it would send massive shock waves through out the boxing community, but the Groves fight has got everyone in Britain, even non boxing fans crying out for the rematch. If he doesn't fight Groves he'll completely lose the backing that he's picked up from outside of boxing's core and it'll be seen as a duck.

Core or not, other than Froch himself, who would really be interested in a Ward rematch? I wouldn't. Non core fans would disappear. We'd be largely indifferent but wouldn't hold it against him.

Chavez Jr. stinks the place out. Only his most staunch fans would attempt to justify it and they would be the only fans he has left.

However, If he signed to fight GGG he'd lose non-core fans but lets face it, we'd be all over that like a rash.
