If Froch Doesnt Rematch Groves, Is It a Duck?

From reading the latest interview it seems Froch doesn't want to give Groves a rematch, he is willing to turn down millions of £'s (his biggest payday) and to fight in a huge venue like Wembley, arguably avoid the biggest domestic fight since Eubank and Ben..

we are talking epic showdown status here.

Will the cloud forever hang over his career?

and is it a duck in ur opinion?

He claims to be a warrior, I think he is more worried about Groves ending his legacy on a sour note

If he fights anyone other than Groves or Ward, yes it is.

Unless it's a bigger fight than Groves, yes

Ward isn't coming to the UK and Froch isnt going over to the states

But yes a fight against Ward is the only way he can excuse the Groves fight

Unless it' Ward, yes it is cos that's the only arguably bigger fight.

Even then, another Ward loss does him no good. He has a much better chance of cementing a win and taking away the fan controversy by beating Groves in a rematch, than he has trying to avenge the Ward loss.

            Both are big £'s.

He doesn't deserve a Ward rematch. He needs to rematch Groves and if he doesn't he's the biggest disgrace in boxing.

Of course it's a duck, Carl is a smart fellow and deep down he knows that fight should not have been stopped. If the fight doesn't happen, it's because he didn't want it to. Froch underestimated Groves, plain and simple.

It won't look good if he doesn't give Groves a rematch. I want to see him fight Ward again but now I'd rather see Froch/Groves II. There is too much unsettled business in the matchup. Yes, the momentum did swing in Froch's favor and it looked as though he would eventually breakdown Groves but the ref jumped in too early. The way Groves laser right hands were landing on Froch's chin anything could've happened. There are no guarantees in this sport.
