Angel Garcia. "Vegas don't know nothing, I know EVERYTHING"

Freddie is a close second. His work with Cotto and Pacquiaos win might do it.

What has Freddie Roach done in 2013 to win the award? I understand that was a very good performance from Manny Pacquiao last night but that and Miguel Cotto beating a soft touch opponent in Delvin Rodriguez does not warrant him winning the award.

These 2 but I'm leaning towards Garcia, cuz nobody gave Danny a chance against Lucas and Danny whipped him and whipped him good..

What would class fighters did Pacquiao and Cotto beat again?
