Groves was no way in Khan territory, also ive seen Groves badly hurt before and come back and win the fight.

Froch had nothing left in the tank, pitter patters, ref came in and saved Eddie Herns prize fighter, it was a fix. in reality if the ref cared about ones health, he should have stopped it in round 5, when Froch took 5 rights to the face and didn't throw anything back.

Groves was swinging wildly just trying to weather the storm. The stoppage was appalling but lets not go to the other extreme and act like Groves wasn't badly hurt.

He sagged on the ropes then took another two huge shots and was stumbling forward with no legs. Even when he protested to the ref, he fell back into the ropes and went down.

Groves has been hurt but not against Carl Froch. Pitter patters? LOL you're embarrassing yourself now.

What a load of nonsense.

You have some serious issues with the guy but no one in world boxing has given the sport more in the last 10 fights home and away, and he's not about to stop. Nothing against Groves, did very well, but Froch deserves respect, lots of it, not what you're dishing out.

The sport needs more fighters like Carl Froch, watch him take and win that rematch too.

The sport does need Carl Froch but only to fight Groves, and we will find out if Froch can really WIN without that slimy git Eddie Herns pocket.

Froch did have respect until he started acting like a first class gimp after the fight. He wants his respect back he will need to do a number on Groves, otherwise he will always be remembered as the fella who wore mascara and did Bhangra dancing on reality tv and ran away from Groves.

Groves had a legitimate chance of stopping Groves within the next couple of rounds and the referee robbed him of that opportunity just like he robbed Groves of the opportunity of surviving the onslaught. And that sucks for Froch because if this fight has taken a lot out of him and Groves wipes the floor with him in a rematch, nobody will give him credit for the level of grit and character he showed Saturday night.

This is a guy who fights the best home and away consistently, coming out on top more often than not. He doesn't pull out of fights or duck opponents, he just prepares well gives his best effort every time.

I never used to dislike Froch until last night. It is what it is (ref's decision) but keep your mouth shut about spit out the rust and get back up again...the guy knows how to look like a right plank even after the crowd, the celeb commentators kept saying "we can't all be wrong..."

If FROCH doesn't duck opponents,tell me what means fight KESSLER(old,shot and coming from multiple injuries)for the second time and not the mandatory IBF ADONIS STEVENSON at that time,please FROCH is a bum and WARD played with him with one hand good!
