I knew groves was going to win so i backed him with money on skybet, I'm annoyed as a fan & a gambler because I have been robbed in broad daylight.

He was nowhere near getting stopped, free punches etc etc etc......you don't know what would of happened. Froch was in a worse position and got to continue. The only thing groves looked to me was tired, he was lucid and able to defend himself and never looked in trouble. The tide was turning but if you don't have a chance to weather the storm might aswell hang up your gloves before you get in the ring. The announcers said the same thing, all twitter and facebook are clogged up with the same opinion. Guess we're all fanboys though.

Again, you realise that I've not said the fight should have stopped right? In fact the very first sentence of my very first post in this thread I said quite clearly "I would have let it continue". It's there in black and white. Or do you only read what you want to read?

I understand you're upset. Because you feel you've been robbed of money because you knew Groves would have gone on to win the fight. Funny how people aren't allowed to be certain Froch might have stopped him legit soon, but you are allowed to be certain Groves would have weathered the storm.

What I was doing was arguing for both sides of the fence. From the perspective of Groves, the referee and Froch. You need to take the emotion out of the fight mate.

Im neither but that stoppage was crap. I honestly feel they stopped it cause Froch is the man and was getting his ass handed to him.

Live in the states and all the talk this morning in my household was about froch receiving a gift
