Pacquiao is DONE...

Pac has no knockouts at 147.
Rios held his guard high and didn't punch much until he was on the inside (better defense than Margarito but poorer stamina) .Comment

This is the point. Rios had the will beaten out of him, which I thought was basically impossible. He turned him into a tentative shell, just like he did to Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, and (to a lesser extent/perhaps unfairly) Bradley. That is nearly as impressive as a knockout.
Good point.Comment

I don't think he's done but he has definately looked much more inactive in his fights. Last few years it seems like he takes 1 1/2-2 minutes off most rounds with bursts of flurries in between.Comment

It's called getting smarter AND older. Can you imagine if Michael Jordan didn't ever develop the outside shot from his dunking days?
Mayweather also have some drop off from his usual hit and run and have been staying put in the phone booth. His god-given reflexes might have regressed a tad but he's gotten better in hitting the opponent and more accurate angling.
So both fighters are well-seasoned and have declined from their old prowess. But the saddest thing is that it isn't about their decline as much as their camps' inability to compromise and fight.Comment
