GTFO!!!!!!! Im sick and tired of pac fans making sad excuse after sad excuse. If pac could have tko'd rios he would have but unfortunately he didn't have the skill set to finish rios. I want to see pac vs zab judah. There is a reason they haven't made this fight. And its not because they are afraid for zabs health. Zab is as fast if not faster than pac. And zab can box and has good lateral movement and counter punching skills. Zab would give pac a hard time and at best ko pac, at worst make him look really bad.

Pac is tougher than nails. He got caught with a good shot against Marquez... that is boxing. Floyd would never engage in a war like that. Call it smarts. Pac would destroy Zab. Floyd needs to make the fight now or forever be the champ that was not brave enough to risk his zero. Floyd couldn't take out Guerrero, he couldn't take out Baldomir, he couldn't take out Cotto, blah blah... at least Pac is always trying!

Rios was tailor-made for Pacquiao to look good. A walk forward punching bag with endless endurance. At least the $4m Rios got made it worthwhile for him and his family.

I'm glad he made 4 mil. I would retire after this fight. Fighters like Rios will show effects of too many punches when they get in their 40s and for the sake of his wife and daughter and a good quality of life, he should walk away. This is the biggest purse he will get and you shouldn't risk your health anymore for anything less.

More like Uncle Bob and Pac need to make the fight. April 12 has been set already for Pac to fight knowing damn well Mayweather had the May 5 date already booked and already mentioning Bradley and Marquez possible fights aka recycled fights. Funny how everybody is saying for Mayweather to make the fight but yet they have a date already set and possible opponents lined up but yet Mayweather is ducking. Lol

Rios will never be an elite fighter. He'll just be a limited slugger who gives us good fights. Not a bad role, but he isn't built for longevity and if he does get Provodnikov next, he is going to get destroyed. Brutally.

Ur saying bob already have April set for PAC so this mean they're avoiding Floyd but Floyd already has may set for him so ur point?? If I recall it takes 2 person to fight. U can't set a date already then say the other team is ducking because they're setting a different date for their fighter also.

Robert Garcia is a horrible trainer vastly overrated

Rios had no chance against Manny but Robert Garcia is a terrible trainer unfit for preparing anyone for a big fight. Rios is so slow but Garcia is terrible.

Pac did exactly what he needed to do. Rios was picked to check pacs punch resistance and confidence. In many ways, Pac passed the test. But the test isn't whether or not he is the same, but whether or not he can still compete. Decline started after Margs.... call it being shopworn or lacking motivation, but Pac hasn't been the same since. Let's keep it real, Rios was a no-hoper. But this was a solid win and proves he isn't gun-shy or "ruined".

For the Pac haters, what else do u want??? 120-108. That's damn near perfection, if Floyd did the same, you guys would cream your pants. Pac played it safe to secure the win, something Floyd/rigo/wlad do all the time. If Floyd gets a pass for Guerrero, then pac easily gets a pass for Rios.

For those who dismiss this win because Alvarado did the same, don't know **** about boxing. Alvarado went life and death with Rios and resorted to prancing around keeping Rios at the end of his jab to secure the win... Pac straight up tattooed Rios all night turning Rios at will. Pacs footwork was on display last night. The only thing Rios landed was punches in clinch, and Pac LET him land those. Pac could've easily kept moving out of harms way instead.

Honestly, this fight didn't check pacs chin though.... Rios popped him a few times but nothing solid.

i agree rios caught him with a couple good shots but overrall nothing heavy, pac has for sure slowed up from even his last fight it seems maybe it was the layoff. there was times he just didnt seem to interested in the fight and he just wanted to do enough to win. then there was times where rios head was gettin rattled from side to side lol

RIOS was so scared to throw punches that fought most of the time like CLOTTEY did with MANNY or NARVAEZ vs NONITO;is not easy look good vs an opponent so close in defense and i've never expect RIOS to do that but he did it so that means MANNY put a lot of fear on him. Anyway i believe the old MANNY would have stopped RIOS easy,now he didn't found a way to stop him and he was ever with gloves down after the combinations,very dangerous if there's another level boxer in front him. MANNY is clearly going down the hill,sad to say but it's the damn truth.

After the Floyd/Canelo fight, Floyd said he would be fighting in may and September of 2014. Bob stated last night, pac would be back in April so that tells you bob is not trying to target a Pac -Floyd fight early next year. So lets see if a fight can be made for the September date .
fighters do not duck each other, promoters and match makers do.
