Nothing at all, went exactly as planned he sparred a punching bag. Bob fooled some people again and robbed Pac. Hell he made more than Pac did off of Pacs purse alone. And now Pac will do it again, fight another nobody punching bag, coming off a loss. These two had a combined record of 0-3 in there last 3 fights combined

All those guys you mentioned except Margarito were all A level boxers, and were much better boxers than Rios. Rios was NEVER a threat to Manny and he's a B level boxer at best.

Rios is a good warm-up fight for Manny after being away from the ring for so long, just like Edwin Rodriguez being a good warm-up fight for Ward.

This had to be the worst PPV I've ever purchased. 5 fights and Not a single one of them was competitive. Ruiz-Hamer was just starting to get good then dude quit. Waste of 70 bucks.

So many in this forum use to say that this smart and technique box style is synonym of running for others boxers like Cubans for instance (Rigondeaux, Lara etc). This is the way to win over a more stronger guy like Rios is. Of course, when the names are Pacquiao or Mayweather the ones to "run" there's not a problem but a Cuban is a "runner". Those Mexicans (Rios, Angulo) needs to go to 101 class and learn how to box. Most of they don't know how to box and only uses their extraordinary physical advantages that the tacos and chile seems to bring. For me a face like Rios is unnecessary, just like the one angulo had after he fought Lara. Those guys with a good trainer and another style, with this physicals resistance could be extraordinary fighters, the bests.

That's why I watched a stream online. Rios was so frustrated because he could only land when they where clinching. The end of the 12th round says it all.

RIOS was so scared to throw punches that fought most of the time like CLOTTEY did with MANNY or NARVAEZ vs NONITO;is not easy look good vs an opponent so close in defense and i've never expect RIOS to do that but he did it so that means MANNY put a lot of fear on him. Anyway i believe the old MANNY would have stopped RIOS easy, now he didn't found a way to stop him and he was ever with gloves down after the combinations, very dangerous if there's another level boxer in front him. MANNY is clearly going down the hill, sad to say but it's the damn truth.

Damn give Pac his props...I mean after all the big question was if Pac can take a punch and that's what Rios is a hard puncher.
