I picked Groves in this first fight. I'm going with Groves by wide UD in the rematch. He knows he can hurt Froch. But he also knows he can out box him as well. I thought at the end, rounds 7 and 8, he was deviating from the gameplan he was starting to brawl a bit too much. I think it was because he was getting frustrated with all those dirty shots Carl was throwing. I think in the rematch he moves a lot more and absolutely schools Froch.

I think the only way Froch wins is if he knocks him out.

He was fighting on the back foot because every time Groves landed it hurt

Froch only saving was Groves sometimes decided to brawl instead of box

Groves will be a much better and experienced fighter after this match, which is not good for Froch

Groves jab is far superior to Frochs jab, which is a huge issue for Froch

I just don't see Groves making the mistakes he made in a rematch

Groves can grow and improve while Froch is fading, his performance wasn't perfect tonight but it was still enough to outclass Froch before the stoppage. I think Groves would win a rematch, with fair officiating of course.

He was on the back foot before anyone even threw a punch, he was getting caught when he was trying to land from range, as the fight went on he got close before throwing, he tried to box the first half of the fight he won't do that again.

I believe Froch will stop him in the rematch.

I believe he was on the way to stopping him tonight.

Exact same result as tonight, same thing happens 10 times out of 10.

Groves began to tire in the 5th, I said to those next to me that his punches were now just bouncing off Froch. As soon as Froch realised he was tiring and started to take center, the fight swung his way.

Groves is a good boxer, but I always believed Froch would catch up with Groves at some point and get him out of there.

I think the rematch would be similar, but then I don't know how much longer Froch is going to go on. He was looking a bit old in there at times.

Froch again, but he'll need to learn to defend the right hand.

The other thing is, the coverage said his jaw was damaged. It will be interesting to hear the extent of the injury.

There was nothing wrong with his jaw in the post fight interview he wouldn't shut up.
