Did Forbes estimate Fury and Wilder's value or is everyone here a boxing insider that knows how much the networks and sponsors would be willing to offer these 2 in addition to attendance revenue?

What gives people the impression Wilder shouldn't ask for 50-50? His resume?

If that were the case Canelo wouldn't have been making more than Danny Garcia has made in his entire career for a fight against Shane Mosley on a Mayweather undercard.

Value isn't dictated by a ****ing resume or the opinion of a few ****head fans... networks pay the premium for the fighters drawing power and most importantly their potential.

That's not even the point of the article, Schaefer threw out 50-50 as a starting point for negotiations because Hennessy called to gauge interest without being prepared to make an offer. When one side starts off at 50-50... Guess what? They're willing to accept less...

It's funny that instead of talking about the fight, y'all are talking about a negotiable offer that was tossed out there as a starting point instead of the potential Fury-Wilder matchup. I know some of you get your hard off thinking Wilder and GBP are afraid to fight (what you consider) real competition (just another Garcia and Stevens), but damn... y'all never learn.

Anyway... Fury-Wilder is a good fight, I slightly favor Wilder, hopefully it gets made. Stiverne is not a good choice of opponent for Wilder (or Fury for that matter), unless you want to get them knocked out.

Fury and Wilder should fight on the same card, provided they both win.. the crowd will see BOTH of these men and the attraction will be much better for the casuals.

No it doesn't or the big punchers wouldn't get any fights. He's never fought a puncher not even a garbage one.

yes it does. these guys both want wlad but he's holding the belts hostages and won't fight unless he completely rigs the fight. all his fights have been setups and he's been blacklisted from everywhere but germany. the belt organizations need to strip him and get him out of boxing.

Glad a couple of guys mentioned this but Fury isn't a Sky Sports fighter, the Sky Sports PPV was for the benefit of Haye so the article seems full of crap to be honest.

                      This is before the 50/50.
