          Eeehhhh...2 lineal title defenses against JMWs back to back isn't a good look. Cotto is a good fight coming off the layoff and knee surgery and its a good fight with good money involved. But after that, to make a second defense against Canelo, another 154 pound fighter? I don't know about that.

                      It is... and I don't see how Canelo is a viable option without getting out of the HBO contract. Rubio won't be on HBO, Cotto will... one more fight before he can leave. Why put Canelo in front of Golovkin who's on HBO as well?
