Well he won those garbage fights. So does that mean he's boring or the people he beat? Don't see how you could hate on someone when they haven't lost. And fought all the best in the division might I add.

Ouch, dropping down 2lbs on the day of the weigh in while already being lean and cut up. That's gonna have to affect Rodriguez some way. It is sad to say, but Rodriguez may end up being weight drained and again, it will not be Ward's fault at all. Dawson called him out at 168 and Rodriguez is already a 168 fighter. This fight was legit, E-Rod is a legit top guy at 168, but this will affect him on fight night. 175 next.

I may be the only poster that actually wouldn't see this as an upset if Rodriguez wins. Whether it's a 168 Rodriguez or a 170lbs overweight Rodriguez. Ward coming off a shoulder surgery which are bothersome in boxing, a lay off, and an effortless win against a grossly inactive Dawson. I believe Dawson through a pathetic 180 punches through 10 rounds. And I mean threw, not landed. Dawson threw 180 something punches in 10 rounds. Possibly the most obvious sign of weight drainage I have ever seen.

With that said, I favor Ward. But I would understand if he loses.

Looks like Rodriguez will not even attempt to weigh in again, will give up 20%, will not fight for the title and cannot weigh more than 180 tomoro

why doesnt andre ward move up to 175 already? its quite clear he is good enough talent and physicality wise to fight at 175.

Stop hiding at 168. There are figths to be made at 175. If you can fight and beat chad dawson you are good enough to be a light heavyweight.

Plus its a lot cooler sounding to be the light heavyweight champion of the world.
