    Pacquiao will stop him late.

Adrian Broner beats both at the same time since this is a fantasy fight though

        I like.......

Honestly, for the first time ever, I agree with this thread and most of the posts. I loved Taylor and he was one of the fastest fighters I've ever seen. Problem for Meldrick, is his lack of focus in the ring and lack of in ring IQ against the top guys. Manny is an ATG and the real deal and he would KO Taylor around mid fight. He would also beat Chavez. I can see Duran beating him but I think it goes 12 and would be a WAR. On the other hand, I think Duran beats Floyd at 140lb and Mayweather beats Chavez but it goes 12 and Chavez could possibly win a decision. Floyd is made for the fighters of yester-year because of his low punch output and lack of top opposition.

I agree with the ^^^ Pac woul also beat Chavez by a UD. Pac would win the first 4-5 rounds because Chavez was a pretty slow starter. Chavez would win a few of the mid to later rounds and would thus lose a decision.

Pac may have had some serious challenge with prime Aaron Pryor, Prime Kostya Tzu, Prime Buddy McGirt(he would have to have the left hook), Prime Pernell Whitaker. Whitaker and Pryor would be pick em' fights. I would pick Pacquiao confidently against the others in that group.

I may be a minority on this one,..But I believe Pac decisively beats Oscar at 140(when Oscar in prime).

but, this IS a fantasy fight so Meldrick KO PAC 1
It's an easy one to pick really, Pacquiao most likely by stoppage. Taylor wasn't a big puncher either.

I actually think Taylor was just a bit quicker handspeed wise. Not by too much though.

This would be the fistic equivelant of a fireworks display.

This would be one of the most entertaining matchups I can imagine.

I think it would be very competitive and back and forth for about 6-7 rounds,..but Taylor would begin to lump up and swell up like he did with Chavez. Pacquiao has the power to do this. He would bring this to an end a little quicker than Chavez did..Because he would keep up with Taylor and punctuate exchanges with his superior power.

So I have Pacquiao TKO in rds 8-10.
Pacquio not being a body puncher would have lost to Taylor Chavez was able to slow Taylor down with body punches and i don't see Manny doing that.

It's true,..Pac was not a body punching specialist like Chavez. But it probably wouldn't have mattered. Pac would have wobbled him on occasion with head shots. This would have gradually made Taylor more gun shy as the fight progressed. It would have gotten pretty ugly for Taylor by the 8th, 9th round,..hence a championship rounds stoppage.
