    Don't know the differences between culture and color? As I've tried to educate all here theres only to colors in the boxing world;

    RED----is what we bleed

    GREEN ----is what we earn

    there is no grey, black or white or brown or yellow anyone who speaks any differently still hasn't grown up yet.

        This is a good topic, but well said.

          Where does Canelo fit? People always talk about his Irish heritage, but they fail to mention that his father was a snake.

            Well, look, if we're going to use an instrument of human categorization as blunt, arbitrary, and essentially baseless as race, we shouldn't get too caught up on this discussion about who is Asian and who isn't. Clearly it doesn't really matter -- race is not a geographically bound classificatory scheme. As far as "race" is concerned, GGG and Pacquiao would almost certainly not be placed in the same category. Likewise, you wouldn't want to say that Marcel Cerdan is of an African race because he was born in Africa. If we can lump together Nelson Mandela and **** Tiger in the same race, then we can certainly place people on the Indian subcontinent (including Pakistan, ****ladesh, and Sri Lanka) in the same one. The classification choices will be arbitrary and problematic at the margins regardless.

            At any rate, the most disturbing trend is the lack of some people to list more than a couple Latino fighters. Even you've only been around the sport for a couple years, you should be able to name five great fighters from Latin America. Lastly, how about some love Khaosai Galaxy, the great Thai champion?

              Lots of Americans think of Asians as China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Philippine, Indonesia and that's about it. They need to know that Asia is a large continent and what they label "middle eastern" is actually Asia. Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, etc. these are all Asian countries.
              Technically speaking, all Europeans are Asian seeing as Europe is part of the Asian continent...

                  Khan should be in the Asian section. Prince was from Yemen and could also be put in the Asian section.

And yes, "ignorant" is a good description for people who use foul language. What's the neccessity for it?? It always seems to be a weak link in a person's character (to me anyway).
