    Oh no, what a ducker!!

This guy must be so scared of Agbeko. Agbeko better decline and allow Rigondeaux to complete the duck.

Then again, Agbeko will decline because we all know when a fighter asks for testing they somehow know that the other guy will to decline it to complete the duck.

Probably a misunderstanding. If its been discussed already I'm sure Agbeko will sign it.

This is an obvious duck move by Rigo. How dare he ask for extra testing!? SO WHAT IF HE'S ROIDING! YOURE SUPPOSED TO FIGHT ANYWAY! HEALTH COMES LAST!!!!!

It will be interesting to see how some people who felt a certain way about the Ward-Rordriguez "demand" feel about this.

Agebko HAS to take the out-of-contract test because he's the challanger, am I right?

Aren't the contracts already signed? What if Agbeko doesn't do the out-of-contract testing, how would you feel?

It's already been agreed to. He just hasn't signed the paperwork:

Rigondeaux's manager Irishman Gary Hyde advised BoxingScene.com on Thursday that both Rigondeaux and Agbeko agreed to VADA testing for their Dec. 7 bout on HBO, but only Rigondeaux (12-0, 8 KOs) has turned over the necessary paperwork for screening. Hyde wants Agbeko (29-4, 22 KOs) to sign the VADA screening agreement and return it immediately in order to move forward with the bout.
The same thing happened with Rigo/Donaire. Rigo wanted a copy in Spanish and everybody went ape **** because they thought he was hiding something.

I'm sure this is just another misunderstanding.

And my opinion on the subject if it was agreed to in negotiations then sign the paperwork.

Oh okay, I didn't read the article. So this is different then Ward-Edwin because it's specifically in the contract, correct? If so, lets say Agbeko is not willing to and doesn't do the VADA testing, would that cause cancellation of the fight?

Probably a misunderstanding but just three weeks out something tells me that this is the first we hear about it because he is trying to apply pressure on them to turn it over asap since it has taken them so long for whatever reason.
