Oh okay, I didn't read the article. So this is different then Ward-Edwin because it's specifically in the contract, correct? If so, lets say Agbeko is not willing to and doesn't do the VADA testing, would that cause cancellation of the fight?

I would think so. In the article he says if Agbeko doesn't sign then they will go in another direction.

boxing should have olimpic drug testing :all year around . by this, all cheaters would be watched . rigondeaux has won 2 amateur and 2 olimpic gold medal , has always came clean . he is now taking this approach to the pros as floyd , donaire , etc. all boxers should follow.

A very similar situation occurred before Rigo vs Donaire, except the roles were reversed. When Donaire threatened to pull the plug on the fight (like Rigo is doing now), he was "scared of Rigo and looking for a way out". But now Agbeko is a 'roiding cheating bastard".
