No. That's a weird thing to say. Really, would your favorite fighter winning make you happy if your family member or a friend just died? You'd be a pretty sad case...

Its different cuz Pacquiao is the most well-known person in the Philliipines and many people look up to him.

you realize tens of thousands of his people are dead right? the typhoon probably affected some family and friends. It's really sick that you would use that to push your little trolling agenda. Real people are dying wtf is wrong with you?

I have family in Santa Fe Leyte that we have not been able to get in touch with since the typhoon hit. The past few days have been a nightmare for us and I can understand the backlash Pacquiao is receiving from the Philippine people. He is a congress man that was elected to uphold and honor civil duty. I am a huge fight fan but we're talking about a storm that hit and killed thousands of people while thousands more are suffering to get a hold of food and water... I think this trumps his fight and he should at least be the man he says he is especially with his pride of being a Filipino and go to the region to see what he can do. Berto called off his fight with Mosley when the earthquake in Haiti happened.. and now Manny can't even go to Tacloban because he's training? BS.

i really feel bad of what happend over in the filipines.i said a prayer when i heard the news. but this is propaganda. being that he's a congressman and a proud filipino himself. it should'nt have taken him days to make a statement. floyd money mayweather made a statement right off the bat.
