Dan Rafael is a known Donaire fanboy. It doesn't surprise me that he's on there.

ALSO, until Martinez stops hiding... that spot belongs to Triple G.
Justify GGG being in the top 10, he has fought absolutely nobody. Beating Stevens doesn't put you their. He shouldn't even be an honorable mention.

At the time Rigo beat Donaire, Nonito was widely considered number four P4P. Beyond that, many people, including myself, felt that Guille's abilities were P4P. Donaire seemed to confirm that. However, I agree that Garcia should've earned a spot on the list after beating Matthysse.

From the looks of it, there were ten "experts" on the panel.

Yeah but look how they rated. Somebody rated him 3rd which gives him 8 points. That's where most of his points come from. If he wasn't rated 3rd by one of the "experts" he wouldn't even be on the list.

Good point. That third place vote (and I agree it may very well have been Dan's) got Donaire on the list. Then again, if Nonito hadn't gained either of those two seventh place votes, he wouldn't have made the cut either. There were two other voters, besides Rafael, that still think highly of Donaire.

Absolutely dreadful list. I've seen much better lists from posters on here.

Martinez gets so much disrespect, it's sickening.
