He's Puerto Rican by blood and being born in a certain country doesn't eliminate your origins. He looks and acts like an East Coast Puerto Rican. I guess some countries take this to heart like I see PR and Mexico do a lot, they call their own "Pochos" and "Newyoricans" or some sh-t, and reject them. I really don't care, if you have DR blood in you I see you as a countryman.
