Martinez better come into the fight 100% or real close to it or he will have another tough night against Rubio.

This is a lie. You're making it seem like Chavez fled the scene, which is inaccurate. He waited in his locker room for his drug test, but the state of texas never bothered to drug test him. Dan Rafael of ESPN has already written about this in detail.

Second Rubio is nothing more than a tough journey man. Lets not forget Kelly Pavlik KO"d him years ago. So he shouldn't be getting any breaks, and Martinez should not be looking at challenging this guy. As he said to Chavez you're than champ and you shouldnt duck anyone, well Golovkin is waiting for Martinez.

Sounds to me like Martinez would rather face cotto then Rubio I think he wins either fight he'll probably make more money with cotto though.

Yes but their WBC contracts required both to get tested, something which they didn't provide, so Rubio sued and won in court. Sergio has no choice

As he shouldn't, Rubio earned his fair shake which he didn't get after stopping Lemieux. Jr obviously has a history of breaking substance abuse rules and should have never gotten a title shot since the fight should have been declared a NC.

how so? He is the 3rd biggest draw and he's fought everyone. don't really see how he gets "breaks".

Judah is a guy that always gets breaks. Dude has like 9 lives.

Yes I agree. It's just frustrating that Sergio is fighting so infrequently and now has to face Rubio

He will be fighting Rubio in Argentina so I guess that's good that he is fighting his mandatory. Cotto does not want to fight in front of 50000 fans when they will all be cheering for Martinez. It looks like Martinez will be like Sturm and defend his title only in Argentina from now on which is sort of like winning the first 3 rounds before the bell for round one rings. A fighter will need to win at least 7 rounds big to beat Martinez in Argentina in my opinion.

HBO will pay for Cotto vs. a scrub but not for Martinez vs. a decent boxer?

These idiots are completely ass backwards.
