A lions roars can be heard from across the land and seas
An Asian gladiator prepares for battle
The deserted ******** city has no response
The flashy one does not go to war
(Fight won't happen)

The asian gladiator matters not.
His fragile chin shatters a lot.
At 147 he is a small fry.
He should bring up another 135lb guy.
Against those guys he looks elite.
Bigger foes give him jelly feet.Last edited by Rapid Counter; 11-08-2013, 01:25 PM.Comment

Beating Manny right now doesn't mean as much as it would've in 09 when manny turned down the fight. I think everyone can agree with that.
you are also a huge manny fan, so of course you'd say he's more relevant right now than he is. beating sergio for the mw title is far more relevant for floyds legacy than beating manny, who is,be honest, the 3rd raked ww behind tim and jmm.Comment

Wouldn't it be seen as mismatch then, same way beating JMM back in 09 was?
Now that Manny had his run at welter, the fight wouldn't be seen as much as a mismatch now.
The only thing that really held Manny back, imo, was the JMM KO a year ago.Comment

Dunn, serious question... How is beating Manny back in 09 any better than beating Manny now?

Manny's ww run most recently is JMM, tim, JMM, and upcoming rios-all LW or JWW moving up. not exactly cleaning out ww.
Today, most think floyd/sergio, floyd/gg, and floyd/lara are all better fights. That being the case, its hard to argue beating manny now means the same as it did then.Comment

Floyd wouldn't even face Pacquiao if he got KO'd by a Malignaggi jab. Pac is all in his head, Floyd is the master of mind games but Pac is all in his head, the insecurity has already been planted inside the diva's head, and it's not going away. He is terrified of Pacquiao, whenever you see him talk about him you can see the look of fear and insecurity on his face....Even when he called him out on the Victor Ortiz press conference....looked like he wanted to cry after saying ''yes your next''Comment
