It most certainly changes it. It means that agreeing to it and not making it means nothing, because the terms were changed with Marquez agreeing to them. You can't sit there and use that as an excuse for Pac requesting his 10mil per lb penalty, when Floyd never even missed the contracted weight. It sounds like no matter what, you WANT to side with Pacquiao, even if it it goes against the facts!

If Madiana asked Broner to pay 10 Million per lb he comes in overweight at 147, is that justified in your eyes?

Pacquaio and his team have nothing to suggest Mayweather couldn't make 147 yet they requested it anyway. So in your eyes I suppose that makes them scared as they hadn't made such requests prior to that.

in my eyes ,mayweather agreed to 144. he realized he wasnt going to make it and got it changed hours or days before the fight. what happens if marque says no, make 144 or no fight? the point is he agreed to a weight and didnt make it. if you sign to a weight then dont make it then its completely reasonable to request you maker the ****ing agreed upon weight, not change it in the last moments.

Of course it's reasonable just as asking for a simple drug test is reasonable.

The point is you're saying one thing for one and not for the other.

Mayweather didn't make the weight at 144, that's a different weight. Asking for it at 147 is basing off nothing, Mayweather's done nothing to suggest that a weight pentalty it needed, but, he accepted it any way because why not? It's nothing.

Mayweather requested simple testing. It was declined.

my opinion is based on the fact that he refused to fight without extra tests, even tho it wasnt an issue before. his rants about walking through cotto, his excuses regarding joining mayweather promotions, he cant train in his country and the list goes on. i mean just look at him in that vid i posted. does that look like a man who wants to fight?
