Vitali is the one who has stood pat & let little bro have 75% of all the major belts. Vitali would easily be undisputed by now if he hadn't retired for 4 yrs & ofcourse if they fought each other... resume is just opportunity.. skills pay the bills & Wlad knows where he stands in the Klitschko household. Vitali has sacrificed his resume so his little brother can shine... that's what big brother's do.. don't think for a second Wlad wouldn't be shetting bricks if Vitali was in the other corner.

you have your opinion & you are entitled to it. no ones opinion is wrong & i feel the exact opposite to how you feel. back before byrd there wasn't access to fights like there is now. i taped all mine off tv & ordered my European fights from England. it was a pain & it cost money since the Canadian dollar was over $2 to 1 pound. i had fights so i was able to follow them while many others couldn't. the byrd fight was the first one i saw on HBO... let me tell you it was a letdown for me & the HBO broadcast team was absolutely baffled! i got a pretty good collection in my signature... i didn't race out to send money for his fights after that. took my time...

I just hope Stiverne is working in the gym to stay in shape or get in shape.
He has enough time to prepare for his next fight because it will be a titlefight, even when Vitali retires. So he better comes prepared and not fat as against Arreola.

Corrie Sanders RIP is the only fighter to know what it truly feels like to beat a Klitschko without any controversies that dealt with stamina or was cut/injury related. ALL 5 KLITSCHKO defeats.... the scorecards on the average were about 6 rds to 1 in favor of the brother's..

ONLY time a Klitschko was ever outboxed for a duration of a bout was for 1.5 rds.. every SINGLE other opposition besides Sanders has been thoroughly outboxed without any scorecard issues to show favoritism.

That's a 111 fight sample between the both of them & NOT ONE SINGLE opponent has been able to outbox them past the second rd... think about that for a second & name ANY other champion in any weight class who can claim such domination... it's no wonder they are hated so much.. they are way too dominant for there own good.
Wow, unusually well put and well reasoned comment, the forums need more commenters like this.

I would love to see this fight. Stiverne looked really good against Arreola.

I'll beg you to **** the body if I have to. It's a lost art at heavyweight. These increasing dumb heavyweights of average height stay head hunting and gotten beaten around the ring like punching bags. A Klitchko brother will never lose again if they don't get ****** to the body.

They can';t get ****** to the body because there jabs protect there entire midsection.. no getting through the jab to get to the body... to beat a Klitschko everyone has there own opinions but you have to have a GREAT jaw plus speed to beat them to te punch.. 95% of the time both Klitschko's get there offensive punches through quicker than there opponent.. really you have to be special to get through there arsenal..

ONLY Lewis who was an alltime great superheavy & had to eat a lot of leather just to get the fortunate cut stoppage in his favor.. he was beat to the punch by Vitali throughout the bout & Sanders who had the deceptive southpaw stance & a rare combination of speed & power managed to give both bros a scare..

Vitali had to weather the deceptive speed & lunges from Sanders.. Wladimir couldn't because his jaw couldn't withstand the power shots from Sanders who just struck him like a sniper.. every other opponent.. nearly 100 of them haven't even come close.. Byrd.. Purity & Brewster were all getting dominated before they luckily had there hands raised barely winning 3 rds combined.

Stiverne is a pretty good fighter, he'll give Vitali some problems but I don't think he'll pull off a win.
