Gamboa is an inflated FW due to his extra muscle.

I don't care for Golovkin/Cotto. Cotto is too small for a regular MW, let alone a strong and skilled one like Golovkin. Cotto is only relevant for the title, beating a name like Cotto would raise Golovkin's marketability and open doors to more meaningful fights like Froch, Ward, Quillin, Alvarez, Lemieux, Jacobs, and the up and commers who might be good.
How do you know what they do to make the weight? Show one tiny sliver of evidence for this.....You have no idea how hard either works to make weight.

You're just stating things as facts because they suit your agenda, which you've tried to take a 180 from, his resume is not okay, decent or fine it is terrible.

I watched way too many hype jobs destroy b level fighters only to be found out at world level, so untill GGG beats an elite guy that's how I will view him.

You must be a casual fan if you weren't aware of how Crawford struggled to make weight. Multiple reporters did stories on it. HBO even discussed, maybe you should watch some fights now and then.

When asked if he could still make the 135lb weight limit, Crawford was a straight shooter letting everyone know that the lightweight division was a thing of the past.

        I could in a sense, but I dont think that would have been the best move being that my body is growing and Im filling out a little more. This is the right time to move up before I start having serious problems because I struggled hard to make weight for that fight.;
During a conference call, former lightweight champion Terence Crawford suggested that he might still be able to make the lightweight division limit after struggling to make weight for his fight against Raymundo Beltran but that the super lightweight division was his primary focus. “For that fight I don't know what it was but my weight

If you don't want to give Golovkin credit as top level fighter that's fine. But don't discredit him by making things up that he's too big for the MW division and bullying people. Even SMW's that he's sparred like Groves and Julius Jackson say he's physically not that big and needs to stay at MW.

And Groves believes they could well meet at the lower weight simply because it will suit the Kazakhstan-born fighter, physically at least.

"I think Gennady can lose a bit more weight because he is so comfortable at middleweight," he said.

"I don't think he's the biggest middleweight out there. He's in shape; he boxes so regularly he is always in shape."

But I suppose you know more than George Groves.....

And who were they? Fringe contenders and bums. No hopers. Name the reigning champions he has defeated.

He's dominating fairly poor opposition, yes.

gtfoh with that nonsense. An overrated Gary Russell, three nobodies, and a loss to Salido?

If you don't like the guy, just say it. There are way too many dumbasses on this site that hate on Golovkin, seemingly for no other reason than he's getting some hype because he's ***ing awesome to watch. That and he's making other fighters look like scared cúnts, and their fans feel it necessary to dog Golovkin to deflect criticism of their favorite fighter.

And of course there's the racial aspect, which is pretty blatant when you consider who the loudest GGG detractors are. I don't care if it's not polite or against the rules to point it out. If Gennady was a black guy from Philly, these same boxing fans would swear he was the next ATG. Instead, they pretend he's some unskilled nobody. To them, he's simply the next non-black fighter that will be exposed (and in Gennady's case he will exposed by the undisputed champion of a higher weight class, lmfao). If Ward is his only real test, then he's a lot better than his critics give him credit for.

Most of them are Alt Accounts with low post counts from ******s like Inkanyamba, Peasant Crusha etc. Also a couple Cotto/Ward nuthuggers who can't take it that their idol will get destroyed or is irrelevant compared to GGG.

Just have a good laugh when you read their posts and think what kind of miserable sad losers they are.

Real fans knows whats up, the haters don't even know that they help Golovkins success tremendously. Forums, twitter, all the boxingsites are full with talks about GGG. Any press is good press.

5'10" and 170-173 on fight night is not a big middle weight. In his last 10 fights he has fought two guys that were shorter than him. The rest were his height or taller. Stevens is the only guy I can think of that he had a visible height advantage, but I would'nt really call Stevens smaller than GGG since he is built like a tank. In fact I can't even think of a fight where I went damn GGG looks huge compared to this guy, ever.

Also ten minutes on boxrec would show you that the top guys he has'nt fought are all his height or taller, Quillen, Lee, Lemieux, N'Dam and the list goes on. Cotto being the exception.

GGG is an average size middleweight by todays standards. Hell there are jmw's that are bigger than him. Please stop spreading ignorance.

Yep because I'm supposed to believe Crawford's excuse as to why Gamboa whitewashed the first 4 rounds?

How am I not giving him credit by saying he doesn't belong with the top 10 fighters in the sport? Is that what insulting a guy is now?

No I don't think I know more, I just think he's mistaken. If GGG could have been at 154 he would have been. Instead he just called out Sergio for years instead of actually making an attempt to make the weight( which according to GGG fans you have to do as Lara is undeserving for those reasons)

But, Ok I will admit I was wrong and that he knew Crawford struggled, doesn't really change anything now does it?

Seriously if Stevens is a tank WTF is GGG? An Aircraft carrier? he was bigger in everyway and Stevens WAS a 168 fighter

Gary Russel overrated? He just knocked out Johnny, destroyed him. Johnny is literally 100x better than Murray. So how overrated is Murray?

Loma's loss to salido proves more than any of GGG's wins and that the plain truth. Oh and I'm Irish and White and my favourite fighter is Carl Frampton because he can box and lead. Don't impose bias's on me because I know GGG's resume is useless
