Come on now did you happen to catch Sergio's last fight?

Sergio is done son that Brit dropped and beat him his last fight (but of course he did not win the fight in Sergio's home country)

Fighters with his style get old overnight, GGG ****s him in 8 rounds

if his legs are still the same & punch resistance still the same he should be able to beat golovkin..........those are big ifs though.
      Completely agree with this post.

Martinez is going to have to employ a constant clinch and smothering strategy to survive 12 rounds against Golovkin (similar to what he did in the first Paul Williams fight).

I think Sergio would outbox GGG on the outside, but Gennady's ability to cutoff the ring, his body punching, and ring generalship is too good, not to wear Martinez out. Sergio has excellent stamina, but he'll need to find ways to rest without Golovkin taking full advantage of it by teeing off on him.

Martinez probably wins the first half of the fight only to get dominated during the second half and eventually stopped.

Golovkin won every round VS Stevens and maybe did get tagged a few times, but ****ing how bad did Martinez look VS Murray and Macklin at times, and even Barker? Heck a fat ass, slow mofo Chavez Jr dropped him LOL.

Golovkin boxed and kept busy as his trainer said. You could visibly see he didn't put power in many shots.

In fact the Stevens showing may persuade Pussay Dibella to put Martinez in with GGG.

Martinez an ole man now. Golovkin beating him at this stage means nothing.

Murray is a tricky fighter and he didn't play Sergio's game. GGG doesn't have the defense to stop Sergio from countering him all night. Plus, if Martinez was able to to push Chavez' big ass backwards, he'll have an easier time doing it to GGG, who can't fight off the backfoot. People are only thinking about GGG's power in this match up, but fail to realize Sergio's power and GGG's defensive vulnerabilities. Of coarse, this is all if Sergio isn't that past it and can recover from past injuries.

Yeah but ****ing Chavez Jr is so ****. I recall him struggling with Zbik and even ****ing Vera man. He may be bigger but he has no damn skills, is slow as **** and telegraphs like a mofo.

IMO Sergio's style is to move back and move, that plays right into GGG's style. Sergio can get hit by people, and when you don't use a damn guard (Hands low) and have been hit by guys such as Murray, Macklin, and Barker whom are very average fighters for a weak era of a MW division, you will get hit by GGG.

Stevens using a high guard, throwing less and generally moving on he ropes really helped him survive, but literally that is what he did. 2 more rounds and he would be KO'd...

Martinez moves laterally or backwards which GGG likes going forward.
                      Martinez has low hands...
Martinez can be dropped by guys who aren't monstrous punchers...
                      Martinez is an overhyped Argie...
