The Golovkids all predicted Stevens to be gone in a round or two. Considering how much of a monster they claim GGG is you would of thought they would of praised Stevens for his effort and be in awe of the heart he dislayed considering he did a lot better than just about everyone else GGG has fought and took hellacious shots.

Stevens did not want a way out. He did exactly what a experienced fighter should do and he got himself back into the fight once his head cleared and had some decent success tagging GGG and backing his ass up several times.

The style Stevens took on after getting knocked down was basically one to lose just not get KO'd. He was in a shell the whole time and Golovkin was just wailing on him, he would land a good punch a couple times a round but it was hardly enough to threaten the fight.

If Stevens had fought to actually win the fight after the 2nd round and opened up he would have been out of there quick.

By round 4 Curtis was landed some hard clean shots and actually pushing GGG back. He didn't want out, he looked at his corner for advice. Definitely showed himself to be a true challenger for the king of the MW division.

Lol at people criticizing either fighter really, GGG dominated the fight and stopped his man and Stevens got hurt but thought it out decided to be careful and look for counters they landed but just weren't effective enough to deter GGG or change the course of the fight so he had no answers.

What Curtis gonna do? try and whoop somebody ass for trying to speak the truth, lol I'll say it to Curtis face and if he trys and get brave be the biggest mistake of his life next to signing up for the GGG fight.

Yea Curtis wanted out like a bitch, he looked around hoping anyone would take him out, His Corner, The Commission, The Doctors, The Ref but no one allowed his bitchness to ruin the fight.

Well after the knockdown while ref was counting, the concerned look on his face he had while looking at his corner made me think he wanted to quit/wanted them to throw in the towel.

Once he recovered I didn't get that impression until towards the end of the 8th round.

Curtis went into survival mode and threw a few punches so the referee wouldn't stop the fight.
