Better how? He did nothing after round 2, he was defensive for 6 out of 8 of the rounds, with about 5 punches thrown a round, get a clue.

Stevens lasted as long as he did because he sacrificed EVERYTHING to stay on his feet with his high guard.

LOL at the Sergio beats up GGG post.

Have you seen Sergio's recent fights? Guys like Macklin, Barker, and Murray went life and death with him. You seriously think GGG winning nearly every round on his way to a stoppage wins suggests that old, injury-prone Sergio would dominate him?

When is triple g going to learn. Sergio is not going to fight him after he saw what happened. Di bella make every excuse in the book and fight the smaller cotto.

Now look, I think Golovkin is hype just as much as the next man, but you guy's are getting ridiculous with the "GGG loses to Chavez Jr." talk lol. Jesus....

He did better than I expected him to but I think 3 rounds is generous.

                Completely agree. Lol.

I was referring to his heart (coming back from that KD) and the amount of toughness he showed. He also used good movement to make ggg miss more than I would have thought, and put better punches on ggg then what I expected him to do.

                That's all.

                  And Still....

GGG is the man, PERIOD!! He ate Stevens "Hard Shots" and walked him down, cut the ring and just beat this guy up! Another KO win, another reason why Martinez will not fight him!!!

Yup and like I said one could make the case that it was really a 2nd rd KO... a lot of refs would have stopped it there lol

I knew GGG would beat Stevens especially after watching Stevens fight with Brinkly.I told people that GGG`s defense isn`t any good, just look at his fight with Ishida and Rosado?People ignored the amount of times he got caught and only want to talk about his punching power, footwork and his so-called boxing skills.Golovkin is gonna get exposed as soon as he fights a fighter with good boxing skills. He better not move up to 168 unless its only to fight the slow limited aging overrated Froch.
