I met him about a year ago. He said he wasn't happy with how he's being handled and was looking for a new promoter. I made a thread about it and posted some footage of him sparring some junior ams but he didn't look too great at the time. He did fight on the undercard to a K bro fight recently too.

I'm thinking Perez will dazzle him with speed & skill but I'll admit to not having seen too much of Mago. And these Eastern Blockers are generally fairly skilled themselves.

This one isn't all that skilled but he's strong and he's got a big punch. Perez should win this though

Perez will dominate Abdusalamov...

Mike's speed, strength, defense, and technique is going to win him the fight. He's going to control the distance and make Magomed look as slow and sloppy as he is. Abdusalamov might be the slightly stronger fighter so he has a decent punchers' chance, but depending on Perez' focus, he should shut him out.
