Loved the 24/7 opening, it was like the dark knight rises. Great how Manny n Freddie take a loss even the one to Bradley. They just joke about it and move on unlike Marquez team and Donaire who makes alotof excuses evenin a win.

This fight is a fight thats hard to make a prediction cuz of ONE factor. How can Manny take a punch anymore. Cuz if he can he will win, but if h
Its affected him mental,y or even physically rios gets him

          the two questions are:

has manny changed since being KO'd
can Rios take all the punishment, if manny is still the same manny

As Rios will be a bit more in manny's face for this fight that margarito (IMO), im gonna say a TKO for manny, as rios will just keep coming.

Anyone know how big the ring is and size gloves?
No way Rios can take that kind of punishment. If Pac is good, Rios is going down and hard.

Where is all the buzz for Pac vs. Rios? (fight only 10 days away)

I find it weird that hardly anyone is talking about Pac vs Rios with the fight so close. A thread here and there, but nothing compared to what Pac used to get around here and elsewhere. Boxing needs Pac to win the fight and look good doing it. Pac and Mayweather have carried boxing since 2007 and if Pac were to disappear, Boxing would take a huge hit, imo. Floyd dominating every fight with no real threat looming is not good for the sport. The possibility of Pac vs, May is still the biggest mainstream story in boxing and I'm afraid if Broner doesn't step up or pan out, that boxing could seriously become irrelevant once Floyd retires. The hardcores will continue to watch and follow everything, but the hardcores are not enough to financially support the sport.

Within a few years, Floyd, Pac, BHop, Martinez, Cotto, the Klit brothers, and Marquez will all retire. Those are the biggest names and biggest box office fighters out there. Left standing will be guys like Bradley, Ward, Garcia, etc, who are all a notch below the names above in terms of skills (they have skill but not Floyd or Pac skill) and box office appeal.

Boxing needs Mayweather and Pac to stick around and remain relevant and I hate to say it, but boxing also needs Broner to be great inside of the ring and an azzhole outside of it so it has someone they can put a face on the sport. I have a feeling that GGG will be long exposed and irrelevant by the time Floyd retires, so no, it won't be him.

I'll be buying the Pac fight by the way. Here's to a KO victory for the sake of boxing.

What buzz? One unskilled brawler coming off loss against former star who's coming off 2 losses and might be still sleeping. Nothing special about this fight at all.

No buzz cause he has a gimme fight, this is to showcase Manny against a punching bag, nothing more nothing less. Any boxing fan knows he's just there to make pac look good, no competition. Pac is coming off a KO loss and Rios is coming off a loss. I know and most know this is just supposed to be a showcase fight for Pac to get his name back up so people can attach his name to Mayweather's again which will make Bob more money. I say bob because there is NO WAY Pac shouldnt have at least close to the same money as Floyd, but Bob is robbing him. I'm not buying it because there is no doubt that rios is just there to be hit, so Pac fans can go bat **** and say he's awesome for beating up a slow plodding fighter whos first fight in the division is against Pac. This is not worth paying for. Pac will beat his ass to death. You think bob would put his meal ticket in danger, hell no. But his fans are gonna act like Pac just beat Ali in his prime and quickly forget he's 1 for 3 in his recent fights. This is to set up Bradley vs Pac II. I would rather Pac vs Provonokov or however you spell his name.

Pretty sure everyone knows the outcome if pac doesnt ko rios in 6 rounds i'll be shocked and give rios praise because i've always thought rios was pants... Who knows though rios might shock the world i mean the 12 pac fans that stayed on the bandwagon

not sure if they'll match pac with provodnikov cause im sure they both trained by freddie
