Totally love this fight, as there are so many ways it could turn out. The only outcome which will never happen is a Maidana decision, obviously. I'm all behind Maidana, but I won't be too disappointed if Broner emerges with the W - it's just his persona outside the ring I can't stand, and his flagrant lack of respect for conditioning.

What I'm keen to know is whether people will give Broner his props if he wins convincingly. Maidana is now a legit WW, who still punches hard, and has fought a few big names at LWW and WW. If Broner - the supposedly smaller man who has "no business" being at WW - beats him, is he still "garbage" as so many keep calling him?

I'm pretty certain that the loser of this fight will be labeled a bum, neither man will get much credit if they win. (especially on this forum)

I have fought, have YOU?. I have seen my fair share of the ring, dojo, and kwoon. Having said that, fighting is NOT my profession.


Since Broner claims boxing as his profession, it should be his singular pursuit, to the exclusion of all else. His WAY. I wouldn't be surprised if he puts in more hours chasing tail than training. He sure has hopeless cases like you fooled though. Smh

Broner seems to be more focused on being a rapper, hanging out at strip clubs, and ****ing nasty strippers as of lately. At this point one has to question his dedication to the sport. Maidana is not someone that u want to come in to the ring underprepared against.

Broner knows better then get out of line with Maidana.

At the Canelo vs Mayweather press conference they brought up Maidana and Broner, and asked Maidana what he think about broner and said looking straight at Broner I going to knock him out and Broner looked away and they asked broner the same thing and Maidana stayed their staring at broner and broner didnt want to make any eye contact or say anything crazy lol.

broner not gonna pop off, he knows better and he knows he gonna come face to face with Rios some where down the road too. He cautious.

Why hate on Broner? Because money, jokes and pop music dont mean squat to real fans who came to see some science. This isnt Mtv or the movies. Broner is good but he must beat a psychopath like Maidana convincingly, than he can earn some boxing fans, not groupies like what he only has right now, but boxing fans.

This is how you tell alot about who and what kind of person youre talking to on here....Malinaggi talked as much if not MORE trash than Broner b4 that fight, but a certain group of people had nothing to say bad about Paulie's behavior, They didnt say he was classless, low character, a jerk off. But they all talked bad about Broner. Even though Broner comes to fight and Paulie was the "runner". Normaly the same people hate Boxers (floyd) and call them "runners".
You can tell who they always will root for depending on the color of the fighter.
