WAR CHINO
Alexander and Khan are very mobile fighters and Broner isn't. Broner is pretty much planted because of his philly shell defense.

Broner won't be a moving target, his defensive style doesn't allow for it.

Ortiz was a power puncher at 140. so far Broner hasn't seemed to carry his power to up 147.

so I don't think Broner's power will be a problem.

I see Maidana working behind a jab and attacking Broner's exposed body. he'll out work Broner because Broner has such lower volume. Broner will probably land at a high connect %.

ultimately Broner will win by an easy UD on the cards, fans will say Maidana got robbed. Broner will become even more hated and eventually people will pay to see him lose.

Watch for the Maidana jab to be the difference maker in this fight. That and Broner's poor dedication to his profession of choice.

he has too much extracurricular activity going on to be truly dedicated. I see he has fooled some people into thinking he is though. The guy is a short WW.. If he packs on lbs to get the size advantage he always had at lower weights then he will lose lean muscle which anyone worth their salt knows is what gives punching power. He will bulk up at 147, but have no power. That is why he was not heavy hitting against Paulie.

I don't see dedication in this kid. I see a guy that let success get to his soul, and dull his edge before he even reached his potential.

War Chino, but unfortunately I think Broner is gonna be too much. He's good at boxing even though he has one of the most garbage personas ever.

I agree 100 percent with that 2nd paragraph. Broner got a taste of the fame and a little $ and lost sight of the big picture.

For the poster to said he's a gym rat I'd have to strongly disagree! Gym **** don't blow up in between rights and develop big bellies. All I see him doing besides being a clown is acting as if he were a rapper and being a regular at strip clubs. He's certainly not giving 100 percent to boxing.

Totally love this fight, as there are so many ways it could turn out. The only outcome which will never happen is a Maidana decision, obviously. I'm all behind Maidana, but I won't be too disappointed if Broner emerges with the W - it's just his persona outside the ring I can't stand, and his flagrant lack of respect for conditioning.

What I'm keen to know is whether people will give Broner his props if he wins convincingly. Maidana is now a legit WW, who still punches hard, and has fought a few big names at LWW and WW. If Broner - the supposedly smaller man who has "no business" being at WW - beats him, is he still "garbage" as so many keep calling him?

I hope Maidana hurts him and hurts him bad but I don't see it happening! It will be a fun fight, let's see what happens!
