Should Wilder just keep fighting softies until he can't get one out of there?

Why not just keep building him up highlight reel ko after highlight reel ko until maybe he does the distance then see what he really has?

Obviously this is working because he is on tv alot taking people out suddenly and violently, he is gaining notoriety and now he is being talked about as some kind of serious player at HW, all just because people want to see brutal knockouts.

I don't know about you guys but I find some intrigue about him as a fighter created by the relatively easy path he has been on. He is stopping everyone so clearly has power and size, but we know nothing about his mental toughness, chin, what kind of tank he has down the stretch.

Sure could he be nothing but a big athletic guy with a punch? yeah, could he be more? IDK but it would really create some legitimacy if he were to A. lose to an established top HW after maybe going 45-0 44 ko or B. he runs a crazy record of crushed cans then manages to beat a notable HW setting up an anticipated super fight for the title.

what do you think I just don't think its time yet for this sideshow to be over yet if something good can come of it later on?

I couldn't take him seriously on the Hopkins card after seeing his opponent. 21-10 Vs 29-0, did anyone really see Firtha winning? Wilder dancing like he really beat a top heavyweight just looked out of place. Don't send him up to the big contenders yet, but at least try to get someone of a higher standard.

Thing is, I don't see him challenging anyone with even a strong chin.

It's been has-beens and nobodies for Wilder, I doubt he's gonna change.
And when he steps up against Arreola, Stiverne, Chisora (average HW's really), he's gonna have a nightmare of a time.

I get that people want him to get rounds in.... but you're not going to get rounds fighting people who're 38+ or been inactive form more than a year. Firtha was a step in a positive direction following that criteria
Now get him in there with C- level fighters

He should keep moving up in competition. Even if it's slowly. Accepting a top contender would be rushing him. Ignore he has that many fights, he is like a 14-0 fighter now and should move up like one.

I honestly don't mind if he continues fighting freelance movie makers and the like, it'll be funnier when he gets laid out by one of them

Here's my thing. If you're gonna fight garbage competition that you ko in 2 rounds then you need to be fighting once a month like young Tyson did back in the day not 2 or 3 times a year at most like this disgrace is doing
