As much as it pains me to do this, I'll have to agree with Pac-Boy . Rios will have to win his next match against a quality opponent in order to be anywhere near the P4P list, let alone the top 10. The sport of boxing needs Pacquiao to win this fight and stay in the mix for a potential Mayweather showdown in the future.

It would depend on how Rios looked. If he was the same Rios as before then Pacquiao is through if he can't beat him.If Rios looks better than he ever looked before then he deserves some extra credit if he wins.It depends on how both fighters look in this fight and that won't be known until the fight happens. I don't think Rios would be in the top 10 pound for pound if he wins because he is really not even close to a top 10 pfp. fighter going into the fight. If he backed up a Pacquiao win with another impressive win over a very good fighter then he would be in the top 10 pfp.

Rios isn't winning. if he does, IMO it will more likely be a robbery than anything else. So no, it won't elevate him into the top p4p list.

I'll give Rios credit. Beating Pac is still significant.

The truth is the truth and the truth hurts.

Manny Pacquiao would never lose to Brandon Rios unless he is shot, completely done, at a world class level. If Brandon Rios wins, it is because Pac is washed up, and no other reason.

Is that the reason Tim beat Manny bojangles?

how could Rios win if Pac wasn't shot?
that's the only reason this fight is even acceptable
a couple yrs ago, Pac would be condemned for fighting Rios
the only reason for Rios winning this is that Pac is fucking done

Tim didnt beat him, but Timmeh isnt that good, so that road is a dead end. Still trying though, gotta admire your spirit!

Sad to say but no. The only way Rios wins this is if Pac is shot to **** and fights a ****** fight by standing still. Come forward brawlers like Rios should not stand a shot in hell of beating Pac. It is what it is.
