Good because Rosado deserves one. However, I think it is just talk to make it seem like they're totally fine with the idea and if it actually happens, Rosado is screwed because GB will have the judges on their payroll again.

GBP wants to develop a star in Quillin, so they might squash a rematch. They know Rosado might succeed the second time around, but he's not star material himself. Too bad, 'cause these guys match up well, and Gabe deserves another shot. "Chocolate"-Rosado II could be terrific. Gabe knows he must go for broke -- what with the ridiculous scoring -- and Pete now knows Rosado can kill his lofty career aspirations. I hope we see a sequel.

How is he going to be a star when he's with GB and has noone to fight? The biggest one available is Jacobs and it seems like he wants another fight or two first. Rosado deserves a rematch and it will help delay the only real move GB has at 160 after Jacobs they'll have to hope Murray will fight him because Barker and Geale are going to be tied up for over a year in the IBF carousel doing the same thing Quillin and GB are staying safe in their own little world looking for the least risk and holding on to their title for dear life.

Middleweight titleholder Peter Quillin is OK with the idea of a rematch with Gabriel Rosado, whom he beat by 10th round technical knockout on Saturday in Atlantic City — though both the stoppage and the scorecards at the time weren’t without controversy.

The judges had Quillin ahead 90-80, 89-81 and 87-83 after nine rounds in a bout that seemed to be closer, and which definitely wasn’t a shutout. The fight ended due to a cut over Rosado’s left eye, a wound Rosado and his team felt wasn’t bad enough for a ringside physician doctor to call a halt to the bout.

Quillin would win a rematch -- he's the better fighter. But Quillin doesn't have the required skills to become a big star in the middleweight division.

When I saw Quillin in with Hassan N'Dam he was sloppy as hell. I new then Quillin was a product of GBPs marketing team. The Rosado fight just confirmed it.

To get 6 knockdowns and not finish the fight speaks volumes to me. Quillin isn't a big puncher and technically he's all over the place.

A rematch with Rosado is just delaying the inevitable. Hopefully when Daniel Jacobs has a few fights and he is back to his best, these two can have it out. I only see it going one way.
