sucessful as in superstardom ?.. no , unless they become a villain like floyd ?...and he knew this too but dont like the results in public relations department... ..there is no "boring fighter" than will be successful " moneywise" or popularitywise unless they become the bad guy ...

I don't consider Bradley boring. He's not even slick.

Poopkins - one of the most boring fighters in history
Rigondeux - Good but boring fighter that belongs on FNF

only Broner will be successful because people will pay to see him lose. That's if he doesnt get sent to hell vs Maidana

Usually people tend to disagree with your comments but what you said is 100pct true. Broner will be successful and the others are boring as ****. Especially ward.

Ward is just awful. Bradley used to be as well but I've started to actually like him. Rigo needs to throw more punches, he's good but got damn his fights be boring. Hopkins has had some good fight throughout his career, but I will not watch him anymore, clinching threw out the whole damn fight. Broner comes to ****, **** all that slick **** he's coming to kill your ass. Either you get him or he's gonna get you,

But The flomos will tune into Mayweather and Broner and lie to us and say they watch Ward.

flomos are not Casual Fans they are just fans of the fighter.

Casual will tune into, Ruslan as quick as they will tune into Pacquaio or Rios.

But the Casual will never tune into Vasquez, Ward Or even claim to know who they are.
So the hardcore boxing fan isn't a demographic, but the Floyd fans are?

I don't think Mayweather belongs in the discussion, it just confuses things.

Let me just say, casuals from all backgrounds aren't interested in boring, slick boxing. In terms of what goes on inside the ring they want to watch exciting fighters like Mike Tyson, Manny Pacquiao, Arturo Gatti, Prince Naseem and Erik Morales.

But seriously they won't become stars because boxing in black America isn't that big of a deal. We just don't support the fighters like other countries do.

Imo casual black fans aren't interested in boring fighters any more than casual Mexicans, Pinoys and white fans are.

If there were exciting KO-artists like Tyson out there, they'd get behind them I think.

                  Everyone wants to be entertained.

They should keep winning that is your answer winners and skill gets the money fights simple as that Rigondeaux got 1 million dollars on his 12th pro fight, all you really need to do is win because all those face first fighters eventually have to prove they are #1, and people want to see who is #1 and they they will mostly loose to a more skillful fighter as frustrating as that may be to the casual fan the top of the sports will never be a bunch of Brandom Rios. The one thing 1 thing people appreciate more than violence is a winner. Just look at the p4p list for clear examples of what i mean.

Nope. Nobody cares about Deontay Wilder or James Kirkland.

Boxing isn't big in America let alone black America. Mayweather and Broner have cross over appeal. Same with Tyson.

Casual black boxing fans , my cousins for example only care about Broner and Floyd and its because of there appeal to hip hop culture not their fighting style.
