Why? Because Manny and Top Rank could not get a guarantee that a cut-off date would be certain. Why? Because there's no such thing as a fighter knowing when he will or will not be tested in random testing.

Still I was always on Manny's case because people were like he has agreed for years with testing so it isn't an issue anymore, but he was just agreeing without doing anything so him saying that was real cheap. With or without Mayweather he could have made this move and shut up about anyone that questioned him.

I've not only read many books about social psychology, I've written one on the psychology of Dating and the same human behavior aspects occur in business as in personal life.

That's great! Maybe your next book can be on why PAC is flip-flopping and his fans are following suit. That would be a great read.
