Well yes agree with you on that, however during the infamous pac-May negotiations, pac did delay the drug testing and said he was afraid of needles. Even though he agreed after, that's all Floyd needed to dodge it yet again

I have to disagree with you on this. People want to see Floyd lose period. So no matter who he faces or when he faces them, should he win folks will always call for him to face someone else and say he's not an ATG because he did not beat this person or that person. To me it's sad. Hell just look at what folks were saying before the Canelo fight and what they said after.

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.

"We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," he said. "The focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done while Bob is making calls everywhere on the Malignaggi fight. That shows his focus is not on Mayweather.

Pacman didn't refuse testing. He agreed to unlimited urine and 3 blood tests, exactly the same tests Floyd took in his fight with Mosley, Ortiz and Cotto. We don't even know if Floyd got tested at all in the Guerrero and Canelo. There were zero reports on those. All of his tests never went beyond 14 days cut off.

To be honest, unless it's year round, the that testing ain't about ****.
