It is mostly BS about it all being about his fanbase.

I hate Mayweather and Broner because of their personalities - their fans being idiots is just the icing on the cake.

Flowmos took it personal with Pac. Even though Floyd basically "won", they still won't let it go - the butthurt lives on.

Manny is one of the most likeable boxers ever - but a certain fanbase totally went after him. These same people defend Adrien Broner on the regular.

That's not what people were overrating...

I'm talking about the head to head match ups... Also the last 2 world tiles in the last 2 weight classes were iffy and overplayed (I'll concede to the Cotto fight if it makes u feel better, but he gets no credit for that belt against Margarito)

Most of the people riding Pac's dingaling didn't even know who he was until he fought Oscar, and I bet most of the people that gave Pac all that credit for beating MAB and Morales had never seen either of them fight... It was all just word of mouth

I have always liked Pacquiao and don't know why some seem to dislike him so much. He fights his heart out in the ring and treats everyone including his opponents with respect.
