        Rios is a dangerous fight for anybody because he is tough and game and never stops coming. Rios can punch with both hands, has good stamina, a high work rate and he can fight. Still he will probably be a 4 to 1 underdog against Pacquiao and would probably be a 10 to 1 underdog if he fought Mayweather.
