I can already see it now.

"Typical. The overrated bumsniff is fighting a blown up lightweight!"

"Fraud is using his loss as an excuse to cherrypick!"

"El Boy is taking the easy road like he always does. Why doesn't he fight Golovkin or Klitschko instead if he wants to prove he's really back?"

I think he's trying to insinuate that Rios is not a tune up fight. But Pac is put at a high standard so I can see how people would think Rios is a tune up. But if you consider the circumstance I actually think this is a risky fight for Pac.

If Floyd lost by devastating KO, he would NOT be requesting that he fights the following options like Manny did:

          - Option #1 - Rematch the guy that KOed him in devastating fashion.
          - Option #2 - Rematch the guy that he lost to.
          - Option #3 - Fight a puncher that will come in healthier and with more power as he will not be drained. Also, he doesn't care if you hit him (smiles when he gets hit) and continues to attack and attack.

Rios is a very good match-up after being brutally mollywhopped by Marquez. Only a gutless hater would criticize this fight. I cannot continue to hate on the guy, he got his come up.

Are we supposed to ignore the fact that he puts an automatic rematch clause in his contracts in case he loses?

Yes he would! It would be ugly on NSB!

Pac fans would have a field day with that one but since its the other way around rios is great

Losing a fight is different than getting KOed the way Manny did. Not just Floyd but many would not make the guy who KOed you like that your #1 option. Imagine, the guy who KOed Manny refused to fight him not the other way around!

Floyd, the guy who says that health comes first, would not rematch even if it was in his contract. At least, not right away.

Floyd may be TKO'd multiple times as we tack the years on, but there is less than <0.01% of him ever being straight KTFO. Just look at how he positions and braces himself in fights. It would take at least 4-5 inches of reach advantage just to get close to landing a one punch KO on him.

Floyd is good defensively but in boxing, you can never say never .... Mosley connected against Floyd and so did others. All it takes is the right punch that you don't see or don't brace for and lights out!

Did people think that RJJ would get KOed that night the way he did? Tyson?
